Desideriamo informarvi che i vostri dati sono utilizzati per svolgere attività necessarie per prevenzione, diagnosi, cure, riabilitazione o per altre prestazioni da voi richieste, farmaceutiche, specialistiche, infermieristiche. I dati potranno inoltre essere utilizzati per ricerche con finalità scientifiche e per il miglioramento del servizio da parte dei partner.

Si tratta di dati forniti da voi stessi o che sono acquisiti altrove, ma con il vostro consenso, ad esempio in caso di ricovero o di risultati di esami clinici. Anche in caso di uso di computer, si adottano misure di protezione per garantire la conservazione e l’uso corretto dei dati anche da parte dei nostri collaboratori, nel rispetto del segreto professionale. Sono tenuti a queste cautele anche i professionisti (il sostituto, il farmacista, lo specialista, l’infermiere) e le strutture che possono conoscerli.

We wish to inform you that your data is used to carry out activities necessary for prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or other services requested, pharmaceutical, specialist, nursing. The data may also be used for research with scientific purposes and for the improvement of the service by the partners.

These are data provided by you or acquired elsewhere, but with your consent, for example in case of hospitalization or results of clinical tests. Even in the case of use of computers, protective measures are taken to ensure the preservation and correct use of data even by our employees, in compliance with professional secrecy. The professionals (the substitute, the pharmacist, the specialist, the nurse) and the facilities that can know them are also required to take these precautions.
 

The data are not disclosed to third parties, except when it is necessary or required by law.
 

We can provide information on the state of health to family members and acquaintances only on your indication.
